ABC Help Desk Series
The ABC Help Desk is an eight-week long program from September 20th - November 12th designed to provide strategy and organizational recovery webinars, office hours for small-group support, and individualized pro bono consulting for organizations and small businesses led by and serving communities of color, especially those belonging to Black, Indigenous, and Hispanic communities. The Help Desk consists of three different initiatives:
These bi-weekly webinars will cover a range of topics that would be most applicable and helpful to organizations and small businesses recovering from the impacts of COVID-19. These sessions will be led by experts in the field about strategy, planning and recovery.

Participants are invited to attend weekly Office Hours that will allow individuals to ask questions to the ABC Team and each other, and engage in scenario planning for their unique ventures. This space will allow organizations and individuals to connect with each other, while being able to receive specific feedback and information from staff.
Every other office hour will focus on two different business types: non-profit organizations and small businesses. Please attend the session apply to you and your organization/business. Or, if you’d like to come to all, come to all!

One on One Consultations:
Participants of the program will be able to receive one specialized consulting appointment with our experts on grant writing, financial management, marketing and communications, human resources, operations, and board development, depending upon their requests. Each organization/individual will be matched with a consultant for an hour-long pro-bono consultation. Additional sessions may be available based on scheduling availability.
You can request an inquiry using the Help Desk registration form here. An ABC staff member will follow up with you to schedule a meeting with a consultant that can speak to your needs and topic interests during the fall.
