Arts Business Network
The Arts Business Network (ABN) is a roster of POC consultants who provide capacity-building services like accounting, social media strategy and management, strategic planning, executive coaching and leadership development, event production, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) workshops, and Salesforce database administration. We often engage our ABN to help us provide technical assistance to the organizations and entities we work with.
For POC who are excited to build their own businesses, ABN provides a safe space for them to hone that skill. This mutually beneficial relationship allows ABC to provide technical assistance to a greater number of organizations, while giving our capacity-builders income, partnerships, and experience.
Yes! We’re always looking for new consultants in a broad range of fields. Send your resume to services@artsbusinesscollaborative.org, along with a personal statement (in lieu of a cover letter) and your availability. They will then schedule a quick interview via Zoom.
While we are currently reevaluating the perks we can provide our consultants during the COVID-19 pandemic, ABN membership will include a weekly newsletter with job advertisements and opportunities; access to ABC staff members, who can aid you in negotiating outside contracts and formalizing your business model; and curated networking opportunities.
While we don’t charge a membership fee, we do ask for a 15% referral fee on contracts secured through ABC.
That’s great! You have something we don’t. Your participation will help us to provide an even wider range of services to the community.
Absolutely. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’d be more than happy to refer one of our consultants.
