subsidized Technical assistance

Our TA teaches POC entrepreneurs, artists, and leaders how to raise funds, manage their finances, recruit and develop board-level leaders, and build and market their programs.

Since 2016, GAP has provided subsidized access to high-quality technical assistance services for people of color (POC) led nonprofits and social enterprises in the creative economy that serve 51% or more POC, and operate with a budget under $2 million. While ABC’s physical programming takes place at our office in New York’s 14th Congressional District, the bulk of our services can be performed remotely, and we are able to serve M/WBEs across the United States.

You keep saying ‘Technical Assistance’. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Okay then! Who qualifies for subsidized technical assistance?
Can I still access services if I do not qualify for subsidies?
